Atlas
offers high performance, advanced technology AC and DC switchboard
systems. TecPOWER™ switchboard enclosures are packaged using
techniques developed by the Defense/Aerospace industry, resulting in
minimum size and weight when compared to the typical switchboard
design. Atlas designs range from basic minimal to fully
automated operation, according to your specifications.
Increasing degrees of automation and electrical power management are
available as options. TecPOWER™ switchboards can be designed
to meet all marine classification agency requirements including ABS,
Lloyd's, DNV, RINA and BV. A comprehensive list of options and
upgrades allows TecPOWER™ to be the ultimate and innovative
switchboard solution for your yacht.
Atlas
can design your system with various degrees of automation and power
management, and add motor operated circuit breakers to enable
push-button or touch screen selection of power sources. Many
other features can be integrated to create a total power management
system such as automatic generator engine control and
paralleling. Designed with ergonomics and ease of operation in
mind, the TecPOWER™ A-Series system is very user-friendly and simple to
operate, even for an inexperienced crewmember.
All
metering and controls are easy to view, and easy to
understand. Independent meter groups are provided allowing
separate monitoring of each power source. The A-Series is configured
with a split bus power selection for maximum power source
flexibility, and can operate in either a single bus or split bus
mode. Input power circuit breakers are available in 160, 250,
400 or 630 amp frame sizes. Distribution breakers in 160 and
250 amp frame sizes or higher are available as options.
